Excellent Hand Creme,

"I am always searching for hand creme which will help my hands look better and the one included in "The Beauty Experience" tops any I've ever used. Even after the first use I could see a definite improvement. My hands were so much softer and smoother and it looked as though those ugly brown spots had faded considerably. If the hand creme were the only product included, it would be worth the price. It is rather difficult to give an opinion on most of the other products since the samples are so small their use is limited to once. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and I've already purchased my second one. Hopefully I'll never run out of this wonderful hand creme."

"I would not recommend this product. The full size handcream was the best part of the package and I, like other reviewers, received a 1/4 vial full of perfume and many products that weren't useful to me at all. However, since I buy the handcream on a regular basis anyway, I feel that I did get my money's worth."

"Price was cost of hand lotion, so samples were basically gratis. For me this is good because I don't like purchasing skin care without trying. Skin care samples were good for a few uses so you could see how your skin reacted. My only concern is Garden Botanika's sample which is not enough for a body product but that's more of a problem of the manufacturer. This is a good way to introduce friends to new products."

"Some of the products in this kit were dried up, half full or empty. It looks as though it was a "must go" clearance of stuff that was laying around the warehouse. The full size hand cream was the best deal in the whole kit - I guess that made the kit worthwhile.
I would not waste my $$$ sending this back - it would cost more than the price of the stuff in the little plastic container.
How about making sure that the products have contents in them and we're not just receiving an empty packet. My little vial of perfume was empty."

"The set was a lot of fun. The full-size handcream was more than worth the price of the whole set, and the generous samples of the hair product and foot cream were great, too. However, the vile of fragrance oil (which I loved) was only about 1/4 full, though it seemed to be sealed and not leaking. The small packets of other products were relatively insignificant. Overall, I am glad I ordered, felt it was worth the price, and really enjoyed it!"

"I loved this product! It was so much fun to be able to try lots of new things. Unlike the other customer, I didn’t have any packets that were empty or unable to be used and I felt like I got enough of a sample. I was able to try everything and the products were great. I am still using the perfume. And the big tube of Hand Cream is fantastic! I love how soft it makes my hands feel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to experiment with new products."

"It was a great idea.
I was looking for a really rich moisturizer and thought these samples would give me some idea of where to begin. Several of the samples were either empty or dried up (unable to use). There was one really good size hand cream that had a great fragrance, and another rich foot cream that I have enjoyed that had a good lemony fragrance. The little packets were either defective or did not have enough in them to form an opinion of whether I liked it or not.
I would recommend that Soft Surroundings either put larger samples in the product or eliminate the paper packets.
Once again, I think it could have been a good idea if the samples had been of better quality.
