I love to try new products on my hair to give it a refreshed look and feel. I have tried quite a few products that range in price and quality, but I MUST say, this treatment is WONDERFUL!!! Now, I must admit, after first treatment, I was happy, but not blown away with the results. I however stuck with using this treatment once a week plus using the shampoo and conditioner every washing and by week 2 thru 5, I have been SO happy with the results. Even my stylist wants to know my new secret products...give it a try, but stick with it! You won't be disappointed!

Saved My Hair!

My hair was really dry and, well quite frankly damaged from too much sun, pool, and coloring etc. I didn't know what else to do except grow out my hair (roots, ugh!), until I mentioned this to a customer service associate at Soft Surroundings. She strongly recommended me to the Neil George line as she uses the items herself and said that the indian gooseberry ingredient they use in their products is a lifesaver on hair, so I figured at that point the only thing I had to lose was more hair! I got the Pure Shot Intense Repair Treatment Spray and I noticed a huge difference after using just one treatment. My hair was incredibly softer, and I appreciate the fact that the formula reduces the amount of time it takes to dry your hair (hence, less heat damaging occurs). After I finished the 5 week treatment the moisture was truly restored back into my hair. Now I 'maintain' it with the indian gooseberry oil.

I used the repair treatment after having my hair highlighted. It eliminated the frizz, dryness, and made my hair soft and touchable. I have very fine, thin hair. After using, my hair is more manageable and I have seen improved results with my normal volume-producing products. I liked the product so much, I tried the shampoo -- equally good results!!

Disappointing

Although the product did make my hair feel silky it did little to improve shine and did nothing to control summer humidity induced frizziness. Product did little to improve volume or "bounce". Was a nice conditioner but did not do better that many other less costly repair treatment products on the market.

Bamy, with this product, it is important to really saturate the hair with treatment. You should use the entire bottle. It is also important to leave it on for at least one minute. For very dry or damaged hair, you may need to leave the treatment on for as long as three minutes. After following these directions, you should see a reduction of frizz which will in turn, increase your shine. This is an amazing product that treats and repairs dry and damaged hair, but it is not meant to increase volume or bounce in hair.
