Although I rubbed my wrist on the catalogue swatch and my husband loved the scent, the actual dab I put on my wrist upon receiving it was way too strong for both of us. I will be returning this. Others may find it lovely, however.

I have been looking for a new scent. My hormones are going crazy, so all my old perfume had a different scent. I have tried many over the past few months. This one i just tried from the sample in the catalog. it lasted a long time, and the scent was great.

I love the fragrance notes of this perfume, but it is VERY light. By that I mean that it doesn't have much of a presence once it is applied to the skin. At best it can be described as being faint. Suggestion would be to increase the ratio of perfume oils to the carrier oil that is used to create the product. Sadly, I will be returning this product for a refund.

I love the scent. It's subtle but long lasting. Atomizers make me sneeze,so the roll-on applicator is perfect.

Perfume is such a personal thing that it's a little difficult to review it. The scent is on the lighter side, not a heavy or "hard" scent at all but one that is noticeable. While, by sniffing the air, I don't think I can identify even one ingredient, the particular mixture of them is extremely pleasant, lightly floral but with a lingering "ouu, what's that?" kind of reaction. Hours later.
You know how when you first put on perfume it's quite heavy and actually needs to wear off a little before you're comfortable? Il Segreto isn't like that. When you first put it on you can just go and feel like you aren't going to suffocate people in an elevator. And you'll find out by wearing it that a few hours later there is a subtle, pleasing aroma about you. Works for me.

This roll on perfume is not very strong at all. I really like the scent, but it does not last. Maybe the spray would work better.

to the question of recommending this product to a friend. Why? Because, I WANT TO KEEP THIS FRAGRANCE ALL TO MYSELF! It's heavenly - light enough to wear everyday - heady enough to entice on a date! Why would I want my friends wearing it? It's MINE! My friends can wear one of the other Soft Surroundings fragrances with my blessing! And, you can get some, as we'll never be at the same event at the same time. Get some - it's yummy!

IL Segreto has a lovely fragrance, but does not last long enough for me- I don't find the fragrance as strong, nor does it last as long as the 'rub here' sample that comes in the catalog.BUT fragrances are different on each body- My daughter can wear just about anything and always smells delicious. I can apply the same fragrance and it is no where near the same- If the fragrance I wore the day before still clings to my blouse or sweater the day after then that is a sure test for me that it is a keeper-this is how I test fragrances IL Segreto does not pass this test -I am not saying that it is not a great fragrance-just not great for me-so I will be returning mine-

Being an oil based perfume I expected it to last longer. I did get several compliments. But I used to use a perfume that I could smell all day. Gentle and not overpowering. I like to smell good for me as well as have others like the smell of me! I think I will run out too soon.

I am very "funny" about perfumes. I can not tolerate a lot of them, especially those that are really strong. I ordered this because I am constantly looking for perfumes I don't have a problem with. This one is great! It's a little strong so, a little goes a long way; Which will, in turn, make it last longer!
