Faded in wash,

"I ordered this in thyme. It took a couple of months to arrive. When I laundered the item as per instructions, it faded badly and became a pale yellow-green. It is rather anemic looking and does not match the pillow shams purchased at the same time. This was a great disappointment and a waste of money."

"I liked the bed spread because it has weight but not bulk. It drapes nicely at the corners where it ties. The color is more aqua than blue, but is just like the picture. I think it is perfect for the summer. I would recommend it."

"This is the second order of the bed coverlet in Thyme. The first one my dog ate the ties off the coverlet!
I loved the coverlet so much I had to order it again.
It's a great fit - great color as it's very relaxing.
The bedskirt and shams are great also.
I love this!"

"When the bedcap and European shams arrived, I gave it a cursory look...wasn't impressed by the package view. I finally opened it and was I surprised. I have a king-sized bed and finding oversized duvets or comforters are hard. Not only is it oversized but, it is a nice weight (not heavy), and the feel is great! I wish the bedskirts were longer as the height of my bed from mattress top to the floor is 36" and the bedskirt length is 26". I wish the material was available for purchase so that I could have one custom made. However, I love it and you will not see it returned!"

"I have and extra deep pillow top matress as well as a featherbed and down comforter, this product fit well over all of these and looks just like the picture. I needed a change in my room and this adds a touch of class."

Pretty as the catalog picture,

"I have Robin's egg in Queen.The fit is wonderful. I added a fiberbed and wondered if the bedcap would still fit- It fits wonderfully. I wish it had curtains/drapes to match, (but found drapes in another catalog that are a great match). The material is soft. The Bedcap, paired w/the Balloon Bedskirt in robin's egg, gives the room a comfortable,yet well-dressed, elegant look. The color in the catalog is very accurate to the actual item. The catalog description "Quiet Elegance" say's it perfectly.
I was reluctant to pair it w/the "Bella Leona" because of the red-but it appears to be a rather nice accent,"Bella Leona" will be my next order."

"The photos online don't capture the true luxury of this item. The material is both soft and thick. The weight of the fabric has real substance. I have a king size deep matress with a 4 inch foam topper on top and a thick down comforter on top of that. This bedcap completely covered all three. The color is a pretty petal pink with a small hint of peach. The online photo color is accurate."

"I'm an interior decorator and one of my clients wanted a matelasse' for her bed in a solid color so I chose this one because the ties at the corner really spiced it up. My client and I both loved it! The size was perfect to accomodate the new thicker matresses. The fabric is great. I would highly recommend it!"

"I don't beleive the color description is correct. Lt. Robin egg blue look like a pastel green. I was very disappointed with the bed cap and sham. I am expecting the bedskirt soon and will also return it.
I have had very good experiences with ordering before. Not this Time."

Color was not what I expected,

"I was disappointed by this product. Primarily, the color was not what I expected based on the photos in the catelog. Although, I aways expect some difference in color between a catalog photos and the real thing, it was too drastic a change and much more muted that I expected. The fabric weave was also larger than I expected. The product was a good quality fabric but not what I wanted."

"I purchased the entire set, the cap, the bedskirt and both the euro and standard shams. It is absolutely exquisite. And everything is washable and dryable.....a definite bonus! It's a dog friendly and kid friendly ensemble. Also, I have a 17" thick mattress, and have found it almost impossible to find bedding in the queen size that actually fits. The fit is absolutely perfect. I chose the Robins egg blue color, and it is so soft and elegant. I couldn't be more pleased."

"I purchased this bedcap in several colors and sizes and they are all beautiful. I purchased them to put over my expensive bedspreads to keep my dogs from ruining them but they're so nice that I don't want the dogs on the bedcap's either-we have a battle going on that I'm not really winning but fortunately these are washable. They get softer with each wash and still look as beautiful as they did the day they arrived. I'm sure you will love them too!!!"

"I am sorry to say that I do not like this bedcap. I have it in lavendar with the lavendar bedskirt. It is queen size (mattress is as well of course) and it is so large. It shows nothing like the pictures in your catalogues. I am very disappointed. I also purchased the shams...they are much too large."

"The custom bedding I have done in the past has been too heavy and always different than expected in some way. I bought two sets of these! I particularly like the weight--light enough to fold down and leave on for sleeping and easy to make in the morning. The matching sheets are wonderful too."
