Soft Surroundings Reversible Silk Fleece Throw

I love this throw. I get a bit chilly occasionally when I fly in an airplane. I don't want to sound pretentious, but I do not want to use an airline blanket because I just feel like they may not be as clean as I would like and with all of the illnesses going around, I want to avoid sharing items like that.
I bought this throw to take on a trip I recently took. It is ultra soft, the two colors (smoke/orchid) are beautiful and it made the flight warm, snuggly and fashionable. I just folded it in thirds and rolled it into a log and stuck it in my carry on. When I got a little chilly, I just pulled it from my bag and wrapped it around my shoulders and it was perfect. It could almost be used as a shawl although maybe it is a smidge big. I intend to buy another one for myself in the aqua/green combo and give them as gifts this Christmas. This throw is a must-have!

I bought one of these throws for myself and liked it so much that I bought 2 more for gifts in different colors! The minute I sit down to relax and put this throw across my lap, it's the signal for my little puppy to join me. She likes it as much as I do, and we both snuggle down for a nap under it. Soooo soft and very pretty. I especially love the chocolate and blue combination.

Love it! Can't wait to use this throw. We don't get many cool days in Miami so I am eagerly awaiting for the next cold spell. I know I will enjoy it. It is too big to wear as a shawl but it might do in a pinch.

Good Quality but Color Is Off

I received the Aqua/Green throw as a Christmas gift. The throw is very soft, and the quality is excellent however I am disappointed in the color. I sent back my first one due to the color but when I opened the second one it was still the same. My throw is like a dull baby blue and a light sage green not vibrant like in the pictures online. I am still keeping it due to the quality but you may want to rethink this color.

I purchased this throw as a gift for my sister-in-law, and she was thrilled with it. It's excellent quality, soft and beautiful. That it's reversible is a major plus--she uses it on the end of her bed and it coordinates well with her bedding.
The aqua/green color I purchased was well represented by the catalog photo and the online pic, so I was happy the colors were accurate.
The price is right for the quality of the throw. All in all, a good purchase

The reversible silk throw is everything I expected and more. I ordered the gray/camel. The colors are soft as is the throw. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this wrap as a hostess gift for my sister who always has Thanksgiving at her house every year. Not only did she love it, I am going to order another one for myself. Love the chocolate/smoke color. Very big and roomy- perfect for curling up on the couch to watch a movie or read a good book-

Beautiful but Problematic

I bought this in Ivory/Green and loved it so much I bought another in Aqua/Green. That one came out of the package with a ripped edge. I exchanged it and that one ripped within three days. The THIRD one was fine for a year. I took it to a reputable dry cleaner and it came back with huge faded areas. They never had that happen before. It is ruined. Now, the Ivory/Green one started fraying on the side too!!!! Apparently these throws have a weak spot on the sides. It is not that the stitching comes apart - but rather the fabric alongside the stitching is weak extremely fragile and can form a tear even if you never pull or tug at it. Once they start ripping, it goes right up the side.

Definitely a beautiful throw and quite a thick and heavy one at that. I really wish is were lighter in weight because I'd love to use it as a wrap too. I bought it in Aqua/green and the color is lovely. It will come in handy for those cool evenings lounging around the pool and the fire pit.

Catalog shopping can be so difficult. So often products are not what they appear to be and end up being returned. This, however, was definitely not the case with the reversible silk fleece throw.
This piece is gorgeous. The colors are exactly as shown and it is plush and luxurious. I keep it in my bedroom and snuggle up in it when I first get into bed each night. It's soft and cuddly and just warm enough to keep me comfy while I read or watch a little TV before turning in for the night. And all I do is fold it up and set it aside for the next night! I love it and am telling everyone I know all about it!

I love this throw.....the colors are lovely together and it is so soft. I'll be taking it up to the mountains of New Mexico for those early morning, watch the sunrise meditations out on the porch mornings.

Absolutely wonderful, but be careful when you wash

I absolutely love this throw, so much that I'm now purchasing another one -- and that's because my new front-load washing machine destroyed my old one. I had previously washed my old one successfully several times in my top-loader (the fringe gets tangly, but it gets clean, and the throw stays soft), but I think that my front loader must have spun all the silk fleece off or something because its all hard now! So, be careful washing, or dry clean as recommended.
