"i also bought my regular size and had to return for a smaller size........should have listened to previous buyers. i can't think why any company would put pockets on leggings (which they really aren't) but also stitched them closed and cut off excess inside pocket. bottom line is that i love, love, love them. i wash and wear and wear and wash, so will buy two more pair - diff colors so ppl won't think i wear the same pair everyday! i do feel they are a bit overpriced, but guess the comfort and fit will cause me to buy more. maybe no pockets would lower the cost?"

"I ordered the black denim stretch jeans - they were too big (WOO HOO) so I exchanged them and the smaller size fit PERFECTLY. Everything was easy and went smoothly like all my other purchases from Soft Surroundings. I'm a happy camper!"

"I have purchased 5 pairs of the stretch leggings and adore them. I have them in all colors and wear them all the time. I wear them as jeans and get many compliments on them. I love the fact that they make me look slimmer and hold in parts of the body that need to be held in. I recommend them highly. I stitch the pockets closed for a trimmer look! The price is also reasonable."

"The blue demin jeans came with pocket opened and the lower right leg hem had overlapping stitching . The khaki jeans pockets were not sewn in either. The right leg had a blue stain on the hem the threads on the jeans were loose and hanging out. These jeans were irregular and not the quality I had expected. The white jeans were perfect. I reordered the jeans in the hope I will get a perfect pair. I brought the black jeans and did't have problem with them."

"I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered my pants smaller than what I would normally, and they fit great. I love the fact that they are pull-on but have the fly-front look of regular jeans. My only change would be to get the manufacturer to make them without the slash pockets (they just tend to pucker on those of us who need pull-on stretch jeans) and put patch pockets on the back."

"I am very disappointed with these. I tried them on before washing and they were fine. But after washing them the waist shrunk and so did the thigh area. I am a true medium and these shrunk in the waist and thighs to a small. Plus the pocket are terrible. They stick out. Basically these are horrible and very uncomfortable! Total waste of money."

"Put these pants on and thought they fit/looked great. But after 3 or so hours they had stretched so that I had to constantly pull at them. When my friend commented that they resembled maternity pants I realized that, yes they do! You could never wear them without a shirt covering the waistband because of the obvious elastic.
Wore them once and not again. Not a good purchase for me."

"These 'leggings' rock! They are extremely comfortable
and look great. No one would ever know that they are 'leggings'. I bought the large but could have bought the
medium. The only suggestion I have is to get rid of the
pockets -- they add bulk. I will probably just stitch my
pockets down as I don't plan on using them.
Great product -- I'm planning on ordering more for
family."

"These are very comfortable pants and fit well. If you are in between sizes, go with the smaller size. I would also leave the pockets stitched closed as they gape a bit."

"I love these pants because they are so comfortable. I ordered size xs because I usually wear a 2. They are plenty big and they are bigger in the leg than most pants of this type, but at my age I no longer want to wear the skin-tight leggings. I think I will be living in them when I am at home."

"I usually wear a 10, sometimes an 8...and the medium was really too loose for my liking. And as the day wore on, they stretched out even more. This can be considered a plus in some cases, but I think I'll try the Small next. Great quality denim, I love the way they look. Hmmmm....maybe a few more chocolate chip cookies are in order?! Smile. These are great denims!"

"I should have read the previous reviews before ordering. I ordered a Medium and the pants were too long and too big. I exchanged for a petite small which I haven't yet received. Since I live in a rural area I do a lot of shopping on the Internet and I'm pretty confident of my size so these really do run large."

"These are the best looking elastic waist jeans I have ever seen. My husband hasn't seen me wear jeans in years, and really loved these on me. I would highly recommend these. I can't wear them with flat shoes, but I prefer my jeans a bit longer so I can wear them with heels anyway."

"I ordered a M and love how these fit. Before Christmas and all the sweets and big dinners I weighed 135 and I am 5' 4.5". They fit then and now and I find them very comfortable. I do not have any problem with the pockets at all. They are long on me and I need to wear these pants with a 2 or 3 inch heeled shoe or they drag on the ground."
