The Top Half is Jersey Cotton,

"I loved this dress when I saw it in the catalog I ordered it as soon as I could. When it arrived I thought they had sent the wrong dress. It is jersey cotton on the top half and looks really cheap. I am large chested and the top half looked extremely different on me than on the model. The bottom half also has a lot of material, there are two full skirts on the bottom. So if you are larger be careful ordering this. Cheap top and lot's of excess material on the bottom, which the usual hyper-thin model does not show well in the catalog."

"I ordered both the medium and small (didn't believe the rep)...medium was huge (I'm a 10) but I have gotten so many compliments on the small...I think it will get even more soft and flowing when I wash it."

"I ordered this for my outdoor wedding, It looked perfect! it was backordered when I ordered it and I wasn't advised of this, Customer Service was responsive and told me if it wasn't there by the wedding to let me know. (Thanks, gives something borrowed a whole new twist) After I called them it appeared the next day. The top is t-shirt material, the bottom says it is a cotton gauze double layer skirt. More like made from sheet material, it is NOT a light gauze. The dress is high waisted, runs HUGE, and is really long. But, my fiance likes it, so I tweaked it, played with the sash and am making it work. I am definitely not impressed with the dress and am sad that it arrived so late I have no alternative. Otherwise I would have returned it."

"I thought this was the perfect dress for our casual August wedding. I will be ordering it smaller :) .
I love it because it isn't fussy. It has the hi-low hem which will be perfect for showing my good parts and hiding the ones not so great. I recieved this catalog by suprise. Have been looking for a wedding dress to fit my needs since December! Thank you SS !!
The previous reviews are correct. You will need to order size smaller. It also is rather short in the body. not sure how that can be helped other than manufacturer adding length to knit part of bodice."

"Oh boy....where to start. You're just not going to like this one! I usually love what SS offers, but I just don't know what they were thinking when they decided to include this one in the catalog. It's really somewhat of a horror.
It looks so liquid and soft and billowy in the picture, but the real article is heavy, stiff, awkward and really strange looking. I just folded it back up and returned it.
Sadly, this one is just not something S.S. should be offering - my opinion."
