This bedskirt is exactly like it is pictured. No surprises in quality at all. Hangs beautifully and could be used in either a casual beachy room or a more classic soft lowcountry room like mine. I paired it with Audubon prints and light blue walls and white billowy curtains and it looks great!

Took the bedskirt out of the box, put it on the bed (it fit nicely), the wrinkles fell out (did not have to steam or press), and it's on my bed looking beautiful. Have the drapes as well. A nice addition to any bedroom. No cheap look here!

I bought this to use with the Marakesh comforter and it matches beautifully, enhancing the "beach" theme of the bedroom. It is softer than it looks, and has a luxurious soft lining underneath the netted layer. It's also long, so it drapes beautifully along the floor. Great fit, great look. I love it.

I ordered this bedskirt to neutralize some florals in the master bedroom. It greatly surpassed my expectations.
Quality is above what I expected. I have also ordered the euro shams and it toned down the florals and added the exact look I was going for. This is a great neutral that will work with any style comforter or bedspread. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been eyeing this for a while wanting it to go on sale. It did go on sale but not as much as I would have liked but I broke down and bought it because my old bedskirt was looking worn. Now that I have it, I feel I got a bargain. It is so well made and so pretty. Just be careful when you vacuum around it because the vacuum suction can mess up the weave. I have had to rework it a time or two.
It was a bit large for my queen size frame so I had to pin it to the frame before I put the mattress down on it, but it looks awesome now.
I will probably break down and buy the curtains to match now.

Although initially I thought this bedskirt was a little pricey, it exemplifies how you get what you pay for. It's lovely. As others have noted, it "puddles" perfectly on the floor, adding an elegant touch to a casual look. It also accomodates a footboard, not mentioned in the description. Exactly what I was looking for! I paired the ivory color with a matching down comforter for a beautiful update to our bed. I've tried finding matching pillow shams at a discount store to no avail; I plan to order the matching shams from SS.

I first purchased the panels and the euro shams.....loved both of these and I knew what good quality the bedskirt would be! I went for it and I'm so happy I did! It makes such a difference in my bedroom and completes the whole look with the panels and shams. Absolutely love it!

I had to go through three different bedskirts to get one that was perfect, but finally it arrived. Raw silk is delicate anyway so I expected some imperfections. The first one was defective and had more than an ample drop. I tried a queen, thinking it would bring it up a bit, however I knew better but tried anyway (I have a King bed). The next King soon arrived and it has very few imperfections and I am keeping it! The skirt is lovely, just lovely. The bedskirt along with the Ingrid Quilt when made up, look like the bed is ready for a magazine ad. Very pleased. My bed is very high and even with a 17 inch drop, they are too long. What I did was pin the skirt with silk pins right staight down the middle of the box spring and now they don't drag. Perfect.

Really love the way this bedskirt looks. It's just the perfect weight and length. It "puddles" a bit on the floor without looking sloppy. I think I'll get the curtains next!

After obsessing about color, I ordered the bed skirt in the nature color. I could not be more pleased. My bedding is all natural colors with a few touches of color. The room is taupy, but with Asian rug accents and a lot of artwork. Usually, a bed skirt will "disappear", but this really stands out as special and it's a very high quality fabric. I'm now planning to order the natural drapes for a large expanse of window and I think they will look great. I've been pleased with everything I've gotten from Soft Surroundings. Worth every cent!

I absoutley love my new bedskirt and euro shams!!! I'm combinding it w/ burlap and a ivory matelasse for a rustic fill. I was so happy to find it in a 17" drop so it looks custom w/out the custom price!~

I am so very happy that it is exactly as pictured. The quality is very good. It kinda looks nautical like fish net, yet like burlap, but it's raw silk!! It puddles on my floor just as it is pictured. Love It.

I am so very pleased with this bedskirt. It completes the look I was trying to create. When i received it, I placed it in my dryer to remove any wrinkles. That worked great and was ready to put on the bed.It puddles on the floor which I really like. I put it with a bedding set I bought in a natural fabric. Great look.
