I ordered the Ingrid quilt and shams on a Sunday and I got them on Wednesday, just three days later. What a pleasant surprise! I have never seen such efficient service.
The quilt and matching shams are sumptuous. I bought the pale blue with the matching shams and then added a second set of shams. You know what? The Marrakesh shams are a lovely addition to the Ingrid collection in both texture and color.

Unfortunately the color was much different (shade and depth of color) than in the picture. However, it arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The quality of the merchandise was excellent. I was dissappointed to have to return it. However, the customer service person was so very nice and helpful and return was incredibly easy. Thank you for such quality customer service. I am looking forward to being a customer in the future.

This doesn't look as "poofy" as is does in the photo, (and I did run through dryer on fluff), but its still stunning. Very comfy- not too heavy- not too lightweight. Looks great on our new bed. My Fiance really likes it too and complimented it over and over(he thought it would be too girly-but it's just NICE). Looks great with my new Bella Dora bed set. Very soft. I gave only 4 stars because I think it could be a little fuller(poofy).

I do really like the shams, they are soft and stylish. The only problem I have with them is that they only come in standard size, and I have a king-sized bed. I bought the standard shams nonetheless and bought some standard pillows to put in them. Wish they had come in king-size, then I would've given the product 5 stars. But other than that, they are well-made, soft and pretty.

Love the color, a taupe beige. I took the advice of another reviewer and popped the shams & comforter in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up. Love the crinkled look. Adds a lot of texture to the bedroom. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the comforter and shams... I am very picky with my comforter choices and have purchased several over the last decade... this one by far is the best. No - it does not look like the picture... but I think if it is steamed - it might puff out the wrinkeles..

I've been looking at this bed set for a couple of months now and I'm so happy I finally purchased it. The shams are made beautifully with pretty details, 3 ties in the back and of course, soooooooooooo soft!

We just received our quilt in green a few minutes ago. It is sooo beautiful!!! I just love it, /the bedroom is finished perfectly. It fits a queen size bed with plenty of room to tuck in the bottom and even fold it over our pillows. It is so soft. We ordered it from the store and they told us too puff it up just randomly pick up the smocking and give a little shake here and there. That works perfectly. I want one now for the guest room!!

The pillow sham was beautiful and well made. It looks lovely on my bed matching the comforter I ordered. A little pricey-only ordered one for effect- but looks great among the other pillows I put with it.

I just received my sham in white and couldn't be happier. I have a shabby chic look going on in my bedroom and I have all white shams but in different styles. This one is my favorite! So much so that I am thinking about replacing my other white shams to this one. They would all match which isn't exactly the look I am going for but I love it so much that it's worth changing my design.

High quality material and the sewing is top notch with these shams. They are so soft and your head sinks into luxury. I am saving up to buy the quilt and sheets.

I was a little hesitant buying this sham because it was more expensive than any others I bought. When I received the product, I couldn't be happier. The color is beautiful and the fabric is the softest I have ever felt. I would highly recommed it. You won't be disappointed!

I had bought the king coverlet that matches the shams. At the time of purchase, they didn't offer a king sham so I thought I could do without. I realized my bed wouldn't be complete without shams so I ordered the standard. coupled with other pillows , it is exactly the look I was going for. Great rumpled, fabulous texture!

I got the quilt and shams. They do come wrinkled, but I ran them through a rinse cycle and put them in my dryer and they fluffed up beautifully. The quilt is really stuffed heavily. If you add a matelasse with it, it will keep you warm as toast during the winter season. Excellent quality and workmanship. Would recommend this product to everyone.
