Soft Surroundings Knit Beret
Golden glints of gold lurex thread catch the light among swirling rows of jersey and reverse knit on this adorable beret. Amazingly it looks great on everyone! You can wear it so many ways. Deliciously soft acrylic/angora in goes-with-everything camel.

Not what i thought

I ordered this hat along with the Kalispell Hat, because i like floppy hats. The hat i received doesn't even come close to being floppy like the one in the catalog. it is a cute hat and I'll wear it but it is not what i expected.

The beret looked so soft and the style adorable so I thought I would purchase it for my son's girlfriend who is a definite "beret wearing woman". They are on their way to France...what an ideal gift for her to wear.....it's stylish.

this is a nice hat, but I think it's looks the best on a woman with bright blonde hair. I am a brunette with silver/grey in my hair. The gold colors in this hat don't really complement my hair color. Looks rather blah on.

The Beret fits comfortably, its fabulous from every angle.
I have received nothing but compliments when I wear it - which is almost everyday since I received it. The glint
of gold really adds a lot especially when it matches your hair color, as it does mine.

It's pretty and well made. I only wish it would stay down over my ears rather than slipping uo. It doesn't seem to be as big as shown in the picture.

Solves the problem of some berets not being flattering by designing in swirly patterns and a sturdy structure that can be arranged at jaunty angles. Also, it is large enough for my large head. I hope Soft Surroundings goes on to offer more well-designed berets and caps. I personally would welcome slightly larger berets.
