Described as "the most beautiful place in the world at sunset" (by Winston Churchill no less!), Marrakesh still inspires, day or night, through the tranquil colors, patterns and touch of our Marrakesh Express quilt. Banded in a desert-at-dusk palette of cool, twilight-sky tones and dusty earthtones, it's fashioned in cotton and linen, finished with soft, gentle appeal, then adorned with a generous flange and self-tie corners to confer a bit of vintage flair. The Marrakesh Express sham is quilted in pattern on one side, paisley printed on the reverse. All sides are framed in the blue border-print flange. Full-width zipper closure at bottom back. I was very disappointed in the quality of the material and the colors were not true to the catalog colors. Just wasn't what I was looking for.

I found the colors of these shams to be very washed out. The lime green was totally unexceptible!
I was so excited to Finally see a bedset with lots of blue, but when it came, there was more green than blue.
Please offer some selections in periwinkle blue, baby blue, etc. Lose the green!

I read all the reviews before purchasing this bedding and now understand why some like it and some say its not very soft. this is a linen cotton blend bedding with excellent finish details. The linen is a bit rough and scratchy. If you like linen, you will like the texture. If you are used to more soft cotton bedding, this will seem scratchy. The quality of the fabric itself seemed a bit cheaper made to me. The pattern and finish details are nice looking. In the end, I decided to return it as I was looking for more of a soft cotton bedding.

I have returned the comforter and shams. The pattern and colors were beautiful, but the fabric was not as soft as I would have expected for the price.
